Course Bookings (In-Person Training)

All course bookings, whether paid in full or by deposit, are non-refundable.

This is because, once your place is secured, we immediately commit costs on your behalf, including (but not limited to):

  • Purchasing training kits and products

  • Securing trainers and educators

  • Allocating course resources and space

For this reason, no refunds are available under any circumstances once a course has been booked.

By booking a course with The Works Sheffield, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

Course Transfers

We understand that unexpected things can happen. As a gesture of goodwill:

  • One transfer to an alternative course date is permitted, subject to availability

  • Transfers must be requested no later than 7 days before your original course date

If you cancel within 7 days of your course date:

  • You may still attend a future course, however a new deposit will be required to secure your place

Transfers are not guaranteed and are subject to course availability.

Online Courses

All online courses are strictly non-refundable.
This is due to instant access being granted immediately upon purchase.

Please ensure you are certain before completing your purchase.
